 At Cultivating Purpose Across Cultural Differences (CPACD), we are a beacon of compassion, uniting to provide essential necessities to families worldwide. Our mission is to uplift lives, bridge gaps, and foster boundless opportunity. Brenda Rice Allison is a thriving Speech Therapist who has served public and charter school students across three different states including Arkansas, New Mexico, and Texas. Currently, she is serving communities of our youth in independent school districts in the Dallas area. In her current role as a speech therapist Brenda works alongside audiologists where she is charged with implementing speech and language lesson plans, programs and activities. Well versed in her profession, she is skilled at introducing a broad spectrum of programming that not only addresses speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders but is also all encompassing of speech pragmatics (social skills), the use of alternative communication devices and systems. Understanding the importance of having a voice was the driving force behind Brenda’s pursuit in becoming a speech therapist. As such, achieving this level of success and being licensed in 3 states affords her the opportunity to change lives not just professionally, but also in underserved 

communities.

Being one who never ceases to grow and educate herself, Brenda is a breadth of knowledge. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology & Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas. She also studied and holds a certificate in American Sign Language to better serve her non verbal clients. Brenda holds a diploma in Paralegal studies and a license as a Real Estate Broker.

Brenda has a special interest in the well-being of people and is passionate about helping others through acts of kindness and/or an encouraging word no matter the obstacles or challenges one might face in life. As a result of her passion for people, Brenda has always positioned herself to be in social and work environments that render help to others in one capacity or another.

Brenda’s life journey, experience and exposure to the world while serving as an ex- military spouse for 20 years constantly fueled her passion for people. Whether it was in the field of medicine as a Clinical Care Technician, Case Manager & Medicaid Representative, Paralegal, Forensic Science Specialist, Real Estate, Broker or the many faces of being an Actress; Brenda’s chosen profession or career field always connected her to the lives of others.

Brenda is founder and CEO of Cultivating Purpose Across Cultural Differences with B. Rice (CPACD - in honor of my late mother). A non-profit organization serving individuals and families worldwide with basic necessities such as food, water, toiletries, shelter, and more. With a desire to be a part of positive change around the world, CPACD is committed to aiding in the advancement of various communities with mentorship, programming and connections, educational resources, and job training and development. Additionally, CPACD will offer information, tools, and resources on how to achieve home ownership with the goal of creating a positive sense of self awareness, self-sufficiency and pride that will ultimately invoke one’s desire to pour back into their respective communities. 

Brenda is best described as someone who is genuinely friendly; one who rarely meets a stranger. She is a lover of life, laughter, and fun.

Whether alone or with friends, she easily submerges herself in the joy of Acting, playing billiards, air hockey, exploring different cuisines or a local museum. She is a down to earth, jovial, well-balanced woman of faith with an undeniable love for Christ. She stands firm in belief that with God’s help, we can change lives, communities, and the world.

Calvin is a  Columbus, Ohio native, who stands as a testament to the power of dedication and service. With a distinguished 24-year career in the United States Navy, he has navigated the globe, leaving his indelible mark across continents. Remarkably, he has traversed every corner of the world except for the icy expanse of Antarctica, a testament to his insatiable spirit of adventure.

Calvin's academic journey is equally impressive. A proud alumnus of Columbia University, he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, setting the stage for an exceptional path ahead. His thirst for knowledge led him to Southern New Hampshire University, where he masterfully obtained a coveted Master's Degree in Business Administration, a testament to his commitment to excellence.

Diversifying his knowledge further, Calvin has earned Certificates from the William & Mary Entrepreneurship Program, a testament to his innovative thinking, and Collin College's Small Business Education, a reflection of his commitment to lifelong learning.

Calvin's multifaceted background seamlessly blends education and business acumen, honed through nine years of immersive experience across various roles. This unique fusion empowers him to approach challenges with a holistic perspective, driving him to solutions that are both visionary and pragmatic.

Beyond his professional accolades, Calvin's heart beats for community service. A prominent figure in the landscape of Texas volunteering, his impact extends across the state, touching lives and effecting positive change.

Bishop Ronald A Johnson II is a native of Pontiac Michigan and the youngest of six children. Little Ron as he was affectionately called would find his love for God seated on a drum throne. A few short years later, his love for God would escalate to a love for people. As a 13 year old youth minister Ronald would travel ministering the Gospel around Michigan and Ohio. 

Minister Ronald completed his primary studies at Pontiac Public Schools in 1996 and In December of 1997 he would be installed as the Founder and  Senior Pastor of Joshua Generation Ministries. It was in the role of Senior Pastor Ronald would begin his commitment to community service. Pastor Johnson started an annual back to school rally giving area children school supplies.  As his desire to help more people grew , Ronald join forces with other non-profit organizations like the Habitat for Humanity,  Point of Hope, and the Pontiac Warming Center. 

After being consecrated to the office of Bishop, Ronald would plant three additional churches in Detroit Michigan, and in Huntsville Alabama. In Detroit he would join forces with local non-profit organizations like Feeding Detroit and Downriver(F.D.D.R.) and the United Way, feeding thousands of homeless people.  In Huntsville he would collaborate with a non-profit organization called First Chloice, providing hundreds of blankets, clothes, and food for the homeless population in Tent City.

Due to COVID-19, Bishop Johnson was led to start an Outreach Ministry in February of 2021. It was here that his virtual campaigns and fundraising would impact the lives of thousands of people across the global. Projects like Bibles to India, Assisting in a church plant in Ghana Africa,  Operation Everyone Eats in Atlanta Georgia just to name a few.  

In 2023, Bishop Ronald Johnson was honored by Destiny Christian Academy with an honorary Doctrinal Degree in Divinity. It was in the same year Dr. Johnson would join the awesome C.P.A.C.D. team as a member of the Board of Directors as Vice Chair.

Dr. Ronald A Johnson II is a devoted husband, loving father, and grandfather who's committed to serving God and humanity. 

SECRETARY Josephine Offeibea Aryee

  

Josephine Offeibea Aryee is a medical student whose path is shaped by purpose, compassion, and a sincere desire to serve others in meaningful ways. She believes that impact is not only found in grand achievements, but also in the consistent choice to care, to show up, and to contribute wherever help is needed.

She is currently in her clinical years at the University of Ghana Medical School, where her training continues to deepen her love for patient-centred care and strengthen her commitment to clinical excellence. She also holds a degree in Basic Medical Sciences, which laid a strong foundation for her medical journey and growing passion for healthcare.

Josephine’s passion for outreach has been shaped by witnessing the struggles of women, children, and underserved communities, particularly those whose potential is limited not by lack of ability, but by lack of opportunity. As part of her medical training, she contributed to a community health survey project in Korle Gonno, supporting the collection and analysis of public health data.

She has also served on the Finance and Fundraising team of the Federation of Ghana Medical Students’ Association (FGMSA) and has participated in charitable initiatives and community outreach programs, including donation drives where she has spoken to children and encouraged them to believe in their dreams.

Beyond medicine, Josephine is creative by nature and deeply drawn to art. She hopes to use illustration in the future to support learning and health education, especially for children, believing that creativity can teach, inspire, and communicate in ways that remain long after words fade.

As the Secretary of Cultivating Purpose Across Cultural Differences (CPACD), Josephine is deeply honoured to join an organization committed to bridging cultural differences and uplifting communities through meaningful service. She embraces this role with humility and dedication, believing that when compassion is put into action, it has the power to lift lives and restore purpose.

TREASURER Jill Rodriguez

A Hawaiian native, Jill Rodríguez embodies a fusion of brilliance and empathy. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the esteemed University of Dallas, she navigates the realms of both technology and strategy with unparalleled finesse.

As a seasoned strategist, Jill orchestrates the dynamic domain of data science, wielding her expertise at the helm of a prominent hearing aid manufacturer. Her leadership exemplifies a harmonious blend of innovation and acumen, propelling her team towards groundbreaking solutions that transform lives.

Jill's impact extends beyond the corporate realm. Her journey has been punctuated by a deep-rooted commitment to fostering positive change. In various capacities, she has lent her skills to support adults with special needs, illuminating their paths with understanding and empowerment. A longtime volunteer, she has dedicated herself to the well-being of senior citizens within her local community, serving as a steadfast pillar of compassion.

Jill Rodríguez's narrative is one of bridging technological advancement with the heart's calling for human connection. Her life story reminds us that brilliance can be a conduit for compassion, and innovation can be a catalyst for change. As she forges ahead, Jill's journey serves   

as an inspiration—an embodiment of the transformative power of expertise and empathy, converging to create a world where every individual is seen, heard, and uplifted.

Mercy Esi Ameveji—a name synonymous with purposeful dedication and transformative impact. With a journey woven with purpose, she has left an indelible mark on the landscape of education and community upliftment.

Her voyage began at Antrak Ghana Limited / Bollore, where she immersed herself as a Secretary, Administrator, and Personal Assistant (PA) to the Clearing and Forwarding Manager for thirteen remarkable years. Her tenure there sculpted her skills, honed her acumen, and laid the foundation for her ascent in the professional sphere.

Currently, Mercy illuminates the corridors of Tema Parents’ Association School in Ghana, donning the roles of Administrator and Secretary—a testament to her commitment to shaping learning environments. As a team they cultivate holistic education, infusing every facet of a student's journey with the tools to succeed and the wings to soar.

Her heart resonates with the challenges faced by children, as she witnesses brilliant minds stifled by the shackles of poverty. A revelation that has ignited a fervent passion and determination to ensure no child's potential goes untapped due to financial constraints. Her interactions have forged strong bonds with stakeholders and fellow institutions, amplifying their collective efforts to create a brighter future.

The tapestry of her expertise is rich and diverse, spanning school administration, shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics. With unwavering determination, she has her sight set on goals, channeling her energy into targeted accomplishments. A firm believer in the strength of unity, she embraces the adage that two working together are exponentially more potent than one.

Her fervor extends to Cultivating Purpose Across Cultural Differences, where she can channel her passion into action. She wholeheartedly believes that her skills and aspirations are poised to seamlessly align with the organization's existing objectives, forging a path to even greater heights of impact.

Thank you for your interest in serving with Cultivating Purpose Across Cultural Differences (CPACD) With B. Rice. We are pleased to share an overview of our exciting volunteer opportunities for the 2026 season at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The 2026 volunteering season will include several high-profile events:

• FIFA World Cup 2026
CPACD will have volunteer opportunities during FIFA World Cup matches taking place in June and July 2026, as Dallas hosts global teams and visitors for this historic international event.

• Dallas Cowboys 2026 Season
Volunteer opportunities will begin with the Dallas Cowboys preseason in August 2026 and continue throughout the regular NFL season.

• College Football Events
Additional volunteer events will include major college football games, such as the Big 12 Championship and the Cotton Bowl Classic in 2026.

Volunteering with CPACD provides a meaningful way to serve, support our mission, and participate in world-class sporting events while helping raise funds for our programs and initiatives.
